Our Farm
Our Herd
As of July 2026, Süt Kardeşler manages a herd of approximately 4,300 head, including 2,160 cows, of which around 1,850 are in milk. The herd also includes approximately 1,550 heifers and 550 calves. This scale is supported by an integrated management approach focused on animal health, welfare, productivity and long-term herd development.
Approximately 98% of the herd consists of Holstein cattle, complemented by a limited number of Red Holstein and Brown Swiss animals. Since 2021, Süt Kardeşler has been carrying out a systematic, multidisciplinary genomic breeding programme designed to continuously improve the genetic quality and productive potential of the herd.
In 2025, Süt Kardeşler expanded its activities to include the sale of pregnant heifers. This milestone represents an important step in the Company's breeding strategy and carries particular significance as the realization of one of the key ambitions of our late founder, Hasan Şentürk.

Our Milking Parlour
Originally commissioned in 2012, Süt Kardeşler's DeLaval Parallel 2 x 30 x 2 milking parlour was comprehensively upgraded in 2026, increasing its theoretical capacity to up to 3,600 cows per day. The investment strengthens the farm's ability to support a large-scale dairy operation while maintaining operational continuity and process discipline.
In a dairy operation that must remain functional 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, business continuity and equipment redundancy are critical. In 2026, Süt Kardeşler therefore established full backup capability for its milking-parlour equipment, reducing operational dependency on individual components and strengthening resilience against potential disruptions.
Drawing on lessons from natural disasters and other major disruptions experienced in Türkiye and globally, Süt Kardeşler has also established mutual-support protocols with selected farms both within and outside the region. These arrangements cover personnel, equipment and mobile milking support and are intended to reinforce continuity of milking operations under exceptional circumstances.
As of July 2026, Süt Kardeşler has an annual milk production capacity of approximately 27.5 million litres. Produced in line with high quality standards, our milk is supplied to Türkiye's leading dairy companies, distinguished by its low somatic cell count and strong protein and fat levels.
