About Us

Who We Are

Founded in 2011 as a joint venture between Bayburt Group and Baltech Group, Süt Kardeşler is a modern dairy farming enterprise that today ranks among Türkiye’s largest and most efficient integrated dairy cattle operations.

Located on the İzmir–Çanakkale highway, between the districts of Bergama and Dikili, the farm operates on approximately 1,485 decares of land. As of 2026, cumulative investment in the operation exceeds USD 25 million, bringing together high standards of animal welfare, sustainable production practices and advanced technological infrastructure.

The name Süt Kardeşler was inspired by the iconic Turkish film “Süt Kardeşler”, while the barns across the farm carry the names of characters from the film. This distinctive tradition reflects the warm and approachable side of our corporate culture, complementing an uncompromising commitment to professionalism in production.

Our Founder

Hasan Şentürk1965–2012

Hasan Şentürk (1965–2012) was an entrepreneur whose vision and strong belief in the potential of agriculture made him one of the pioneering business figures behind modern agricultural and livestock investments in Türkiye.

In 2003, he established Agrobay Seracılık in Bergama. Building on his longstanding interest in animal husbandry, he transformed that passion into the Süt Kardeşler project in 2011, laying the foundations for a dairy production facility that would rapidly become a benchmark operation in the sector.

Hasan Şentürk passed away in 2012 following an illness shortly after the establishment of Süt Kardeşler. His vision and values continue to guide the Company’s development and long-term approach to agriculture and livestock production.

His name and legacy live on through the Dikili Bayburtlu Hasan Şentürk Mosque, Dikili Hasan Şentürk Technical High School, Hasan Şentürk Agricultural Campus and Hasanbey Çiftliği.
